• BSDB 2010 Autumn Meeting – Development of Sensory Systems
Oxford, 7–9 September 2010. This meeting will consider the most up-to-date analysis, from a range of different organisms, covering molecular, cellular and evolutionary aspects. Deadline for registration is 30 July 2010. Abstract submission and travel grant deadline is 16 July 2010. More>

• New Waddington Medal recipient
At the annual Spring Meeting in Warwick this April, the BSDB's prestigious Waddington Medal was awarded to Robin Lovell-Badge. More>

• Nominations for 2011 Waddington Medal
The Waddington Medal is the only national award in developmental biology in the UK. The deadline for nominations for the 2011 Waddington Medal is 14 June 2010. More>
